New Continuing Legal Education in Tennessee for Attorneys and Mediators

We have added a new continuing legal education class for Tennessee family law update to our online classes. This CLE course covers some new laws that went into effect in July 2019. The online course is approved for 1.0 Hour of CLE in Tennessee. Additionally, the Family Law Update is approved for CME if you are a Rule 31 Listed Mediator. Because Rule 31 Listed mediators need 6 Hours of CME, this is approved for Family Mediators.

Topics include: Marriage law, step-parent visitation, mediation, domestic violence criminal penalties, changes to primary residential parent status and practice tips.
