Michigan CLE Requirements

State Requirements

There are no Michigan Bar CLE requirements at this time. Attorneys in Michigan are encouraged to complete CLE courses in order to maintain their competence to practice law (See Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.1, Comment [6]). Some professional liability insurance carriers offer a discount for attorneys who complete CLE in non-mandatory states.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion to download for your records when the course is complete.
