12 credit hours each year, including 1 required hour of legal ethics.
How many CLE hours can I carry forward to the next year?
Up to 12 credit hours may be carried forward. Carry over hours must be reported in the year they are completed and must be designated as “carry forward hours” when you report your CLE compliance. Ethics carry forward hours may only be carried over as general credits.
How does Training Resolved verify I have completed my course?
For our video courses you must confirm that you are viewing the video. We have embedded numeric codes in the courses. You must write these codes down and then enter them on our website after you complete the course to obtain your course completion certificate. Please note that the date you enter the codes and get the certificate is the date that will be printed on the certificate of completion.
Does Training Resolved report my hours to the Mississippi CLE Commission?
No. We do not report your completed courses to the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Mississippi attorneys are required to self-report the completion of their required CLE hours in the CLE Annual Report Statement. We do maintain a record of all your completed courses and you can access your records and certificates of completion at anytime from our website through the “My Account” tab under “courses.”
