PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Mandatory Divorcing Parent Education Class covers all mandatory statutes in Tennessee. We are an approved provider. Topics include domestic violence, parenting plans, child support, mediation, co-parenting skills, and parental alienation.
NOTE: Participants must fully watch each section of the course and complete a short quiz at the end of each session. There are codes embedded in the video that are required to complete each quiz. The video sessions can be paused if you need to walk away from your screen so nothing is missed. Attempting to complete the quizzes without fully watching the video may result in your access being locked. Participants are allowed 2 attempts at each quiz, if both attempts are failed the course will be locked. This course is non-refundable.
Meet the Trainer – Kimberly Schreiber
Kimberly Schreiber is an Attorney, approved trainer for the Parent Education Class, author and Rule 31 Listed Mediator in Civil/General and Family Mediation. She is Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues. In 2016, Kimberly founded a non-profit mediation organization called GRO Global. Kimberly is an international speaker and is part of a group of online providers educating Solicitors and Barristers in the topics of Elder Mediation, Reflective Practice and Negotiation in the United Kingdom. She does international training in India, Poland and throughout the EU. She is a trainer for the International Chamber of Commerce and finalist judge at their annual legal competition in France. She is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA, IBA, Memphis Bar Association and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. She is the President of the Memphis ADR Inn of Court and an Arbitrator for FINRA. Her law degree is from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
