New Requirements for DV Mediators in Tennessee!

Are you a Family Listed Mediator in Tennessee?

If so, you are eligible to add the designation “Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues.” The ADRC recently changed the training requirements. The Supreme Court has amended Rule 31(14)(g) as to the number of training hours required to obtain a DV designation. Pursuant to the Supreme Court order, the new training course must be a minimum 16 hours. This is effective June 1, 2023.

We offer this course twice per year and are waiting for the ADRC to release the new training syllabus requirements. The anticipated date for the new syllabus is March 7, 2023. Check back on the website for upcoming training dates that will be in full compliance with the updated standards. This course will be eligible for CLE and CME in Tennessee.
